Who are HSO?

How long have they been a client of Teamwork IMS?

HSO and Teamwork IMS have been collaborating for over a decade. Since 2012, we have supported them in achieving and maintaining industry-leading certifications that reinforce their commitment to quality, security, and sustainability.

How have we helped them?

We started out helping them to achieve certification in ISO 9001 the internationally recognised standard for quality. We then helped them to achieve two key standards in information security and IT services management, ISO 27001 and ISO 20000. These standards help them reassure their customers that they can deliver IT services effectively and give them peace of mind that their data is secure in the process.

But we didn’t stop there. We also helped HSO obtain ISO 14001, which demonstrates their commitment to reducing their environmental impact. We have continued to work with HSO through our managed service to maintain their integrated management system.

What’s new?

Recently HSO sought Teamwork’s support to extend the scope of their information security management system to include ISO 27017 (Information Security for Cloud Services) and ISO 27018 (Protection of PII in the Cloud), in support of their cloud solutions.

Over a six-month period, our Consultants collaborated with HSO to lead them successfully through this extension to scope. Continual communication and effective delivery of tasks, together with weekly feedback, ensured any challenges were navigated together.
