Who are Virtuoso?

How have we supported them?

Virtuoso has already achieved ISO 27001 certification and wanted to take their commitment a step further by undertaking the ISO 2000 certification.

ISO 20000 is a globally recognised standard for Service Management Systems (SMS) which is designed to help organisations manage their service delivery demands and deliver value for customers, users and the organisation.

To assure their clients of their high standards and professionalism, Virtuoso sought our support in obtaining this certification.

Despite the challenges of COVID, Virtuoso set themselves a firm deadline of achieving certification in just 4 months, which they dedicated themselves to and achieved! This is a remarkable accomplishment during a time of dynamic growth.

Teamwork’s certification programme enhanced Virtuoso’s operations, most notably in the areas of service design, planning and deployment, problem and change management.
