Who is RAIQC?

RAIQC is a web-based platform that allows healthcare professionals, students and educators to review and report on diagnostic quality medical images in a secure online environment. Using real-world clinical cases, RAIQC offers structured reporting study lists for training and assessment for individuals and healthcare providers across a range of imaging modalities and disease areas.

RAIQC were keen to ensure that they complied with all relevant information governance and security legislation and standards that are applicable to providers of software solutions.

How have we supported them?

To become an early adopter of the latest ISO 27001:2022 standard and ensure their Information Security Management System is effectively implemented, RAIQC reached out to us for a fully project managed service with a fixed price. Our aim was to support through every step of the process – from the initial review through to certification.

Have they benefitted?

Working together, RAIQC implemented an Information Security Management System which complies with the recently revised ISO 27001 standard. ISO 27001:2022 is the industry and international baseline for information security, cyber security and privacy protection and will also support RAIQC’s compliance with the NHS DSP toolkit and the government backed Cyber Essentials scheme.

RAIQC were recommended for ISO 27001:2022 certification on 8 September.
