Who is UNLIMITED?

In 2023, UNLIMITED partnered with Teamwork IMS to deliver their sustainability reporting for SECR, ESOS and carbon reduction planning. This collaboration has since evolved, providing broader support and advancing UNLIMITED’s sustainability roadmap.

Commitment to sustainability

UNLIMITED is dedicated to sustainability and upholding responsible, ethical business practices. They integrate environmental sustainability, social values and good governance into all that they do.

Their environmental mission places environmental responsibility at the forefront, protecting the planet and its resources. UNLIMITED has set ambitious near-term targets for FY30 to reduce greenhouse gas emissions (tCO2e per FTE) by 25% and is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050.

How did we support them?

Liz Tubb, the Group Data Protection and International Standards Officer at UNLIMITED, spearheaded the selection and implementation process with the support of the CFO. Teamwork was selected to collaborate with UNLIMITED due to our timely delivery, knowledgeable team and the excellent working relationship established from the outset.

UNLIMITED engaged Teamwork IMS for a comprehensive suite of sustainability services, including:

Sustainability planning and objectives
Carbon Footprinting
Streamlined Energy Carbon Reporting (SECR)
Development of a Carbon Reduction Strategy
Energy Saving Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) Reporting
Development of an Energy Policy
General sustainability consultancy support

The initial projects, including Streamlined Energy Carbon Reporting (SECR), Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS), and Carbon Reduction Planning, commenced with a scoping meeting in March 2023 and the first phase of the reporting was successfully completed by August 2023, adhering to the initial project plans and expected timeframes. These projects recur annually with additional sustainability services to support UNLIMITED’s commitment to continually improve.

Teamwork IMS led project management and service delivery, while UNLIMITED’s team supplied the necessary data and information. This collaborative approach ensured all projects were completed efficiently and effectively, aligning with the fast-paced nature of agency life. The implementation process was smooth, with no significant issues or difficulties encountered. UNLIMITED said of the process “Teamwork IMS provided a knowledgeable and proactive team to meet our needs.”
